📘 Green-thumb French
- Avoir la main verte = to have a green thumb (a green HAND in French).
- The potager (vegetable garden) is a French institution — tomatoes, courgettes and pride.
- Pousser = to grow (plants grow by themselves); faire pousser = to grow something.
- Ça pousse ! — “it’s growing!” — doubles as encouragement for any project.
- Nature beyond the fence lives in the Nature chart — see below.
