💡 Les pièges
When personne or rien is the SUBJECT, it comes first but you STILL need ne: « Personne ne vient », « Rien ne marche ».
In the passé composé, rien goes before the participle (« je n’ai rien fait ») but personne goes AFTER (« je n’ai vu personne »).
« Quelqu’un » and « quelque chose » + adjective need de: « quelqu’un de gentil », « quelque chose de beau ».
