The 60-minute packs exist for that work — and they carry the best price per hour on the site.

Where the hour earns its keep

Exam preparation above all: DELF and DALF tasks are themselves 30–60 minutes long, and practising them at full length, with feedback in the same sitting, is the difference between knowing the format and owning it. Professional French next — meetings, interviews, presentations — where the win comes from staying in role long enough to get past your stock phrases. And immersive conversation at B2 and beyond, where the goal is stamina: an hour of French with a patient native speaker is the closest thing to living there that a Tuesday evening allows.

The rhythm

Once or twice a week suits most hour-length learners — the sessions are substantial enough that the gap between them becomes homework time rather than forgetting time. Xavier keeps the thread between sessions, so week four builds on week three instead of restarting it.
