Here’s the teacher’s secret that makes this level easy: they share the same stem. Learn one stem for « acheter », and you’ve bought two tenses for the price of one.

Find the future stem: achèter- — futur stems always end in -r. That r-sound is how your ear recognises the future.
Add the endings — they are exactly the verb avoir:
Conditionnel = same stem achèter- + the imparfait endings (-ais, -ais, -ait…): « je achèterais » = I would…
⚠️ Classic mistake: « je achèterai » (futur, I will) vs « je achèterais » (conditionnel, I would) — one letter changes the meaning. In speech, listen for [e] vs [ɛ].
