The subject pronouns that start every sentence — plus « on », the one you’ll hear most.
« je, tu, il/elle, nous, vous, ils/elles » — the person doing the verb. And the star of spoken French: « on » = we (« on y va ! »).
« Tu me vois ? » (you see me), « je te parle » (I’m talking to you). Before a vowel: m’, t’.
💡 « on » se conjugue comme « il » : on va, on est.
At A1 your goal is recognition and first use: understand the pattern when you hear it, and produce the two or three simplest forms without thinking. Accuracy over ambition — short and correct beats long and broken.
