Add the question words — and meet « quel », the one that agrees.
« Où » (where), « quand » (when), « comment » (how), « pourquoi » (why), « combien » (how much). Slot them before « est-ce que »: « Où est-ce que tu habites ? » or after the verb in speech: « Tu habites où ? »
Quel / quelle / quels / quelles — it matches its noun: « Quelle heure est-il ? », « Quels livres tu lis ? »
