« Tu fais quoi ? », « Tu vas où ? », « C’est qui ? » — spoken French pushes the question word to the end and drops « est-ce que » entirely.
« C’est quoi ce truc ? » (what IS that thing), « Ça va ou quoi ? » (you OK or what?), « T’es sûr, là ? » (you sure?). The rhythm is the grammar — shadow the audio.
